STEP ONE: REVIEW THE FOLLOWING
Candidate Requirements
Must be a High School Graduate or will be as of June 2025.
Must have held the position of a Dance/Social Officer on a High School Dance/Drill Team.
*Exceptions on a case by case basis.*
Must reside within or the surrounding areas of Austin/San Antonio, Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston.
Must submit PHASE ONE materials by November 1, 2024 to be considered for a staff position.
Must be available for an online interview January 15th – February 15th if contacted by Crowd Pleasers.
Mandatory Availability
Must be available for Staff Training May 16-18, 2025 in the Houston Area. (staff lodging provided)
Must be available to work Officer Camp week(s):
May 27th – June 3rd, 2025
Must be available to work 4 out of the 5 of the following weeks:
- July 7-11, 2025
- July 14-18, 2025
- July 21-25, 2025
- July 28-August 1, 2025
- August 4-8, 2025

STEP TWO: GET STARTED
To get started on phase one, please submit the Online Application. Candidates must submit the Online Application and all PHASE ONE materials by November 1, 2024. Upon review, invitations to PHASE TWO of the process will be sent out. PHASE TWO materials will be due December 15, 2024.
