Health & Safety

Crowd Pleasers Dance has always been committed to protecting the health and safety of our participants, directors, spectators and employees. We have been closely monitoring COVID-19 through The Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization, state/local authorities, and working through many logistics to best serve your dancers this contest season.

Facilities will be cleaned and sanitized periodically throughout the event.

There will be a mid-day break for sanitation and to empty the performance spaces.

Spectator seating may be adjusted for proper social distancing.

Traffic flow for spectators and participants will be carefully designed to limit any possible congestion in the hallways.

AM and PM performance blocks will be prioritized by travel and team classification.

Expect to have limited time between performances. (about 10-30 minutes)

Depending on the number of solo registrations Friday nights may be necessary for some local teams. We will notify you no later than 3 weeks prior to contest.

The Main Gym may be live streamed for a viewing fee to accommodate virtual spectators.

Spectator face mask policy will be determined by the host school’s facility protocols.

The spectator admission fee is now included as part as our per-dancer participant fee. At this time, we do not anticipate restricting the number of spectators per participant. Should spectator capacity need to be limited or monitored based on the most updated CDC guidelines and/or school district policy we will limit the number of spectators per participant.

Participants will only be allowed in the building during their scheduled performance block.

Dressing room capacity will be adjusted to help comply with social distancing protocols.

Participant face mask policy will be determined by the host school’s facility protocols.
