February 2nd – Final Add/Drop Deadline All payment must be received to be included in the schedule. Refunds will not be granted past this date.
February 9th – Preliminary Schedule Sent All changes must be processed through the schedule change form. All music must be uploaded by this date.

February 16th – Final Schedule Sent All changes must be processed through the schedule change form. The final version will be posted below on Thursday the week of contest.
At this time, we are planning for a contactless awards process. For our in-person events, there will be a “point of contact” to pick up your awards following the last performance of the day. We will communicate via remind when the awards are available for pickup at the onsite-location. All awards will include a detailed description of what was earned and for which entry. Directors will also be sent a copy of the awards script immediately following the event. Awards recipients will be highlighted via social media!
