TBM MSOC Arrival Time: July 13th 12:30pm-1:00pm
Teams will participate in a closing ceremony on departure day, led by T Bar M staff. Each participant will receive a small gift and a personal note from the staff.
The program is led by college-aged staff who are trained to facilitate activities, build relationships, and deliver engaging programming.
Any outside activities (e.g., tubing) are not arranged, paid for, or supervised by T Bar M staff. There will be no refunds or rescheduling of camp activities missed or replaced due to participation in outside activities.
In the event of inclement weather, every reasonable effort will be made to replace or reschedule missed activities within the session.
Property Notes:
- – T Bar M Camps & Retreats – New Braunfels is a shared group property.
- – Pets are prohibited on the property, including emotional support animals.
- – Supervision of each team and its members is the responsibility of the group director, not of T Bar M Camps & Retreats or its staff.
- – Unless written consent is provided by an authorized T Bar M Camps & Retreats representative, guests or visitors are prohibited from bringing weapons onto the premises at any time.
- – All T Bar M guests must sign the appropriate waivers provided by CPD to be on the property.
Lodging Notes:
- – There are no elevators in our Lodge buildings. Please notify our team if you have specific accessibility needs.
- – Each Lodge room includes a mini fridge, TV, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer for your convenience.
- – Smoking is prohibited in all indoor buildings on the property. A $150.00 smoking fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking inside a cabin or Lodge room.
- – If permanent damage is caused in a room, the full cost of repair or replacement will be the responsibility of the school and will be billed after the event.
Meeting Room Notes:
- – Decorations that may cause permanent damage to the room are not permitted.
- – If permanent damage occurs, the full cost of repair or replacement will be the responsibility of the group and added to the master bill.
Delivery Notes:
- – For security reasons, food may not be delivered by outside drivers (e.g., pizza delivery, DoorDash, Uber Eats).
Dining Notes:
- – No outside food or beverages are permitted in the dining halls.
- – All meals must be consumed during the scheduled times in designated dining areas.
- – In accordance with federal law, the buffet line is open for one hour only. Food and beverages may not be removed from the premises before, during, or after the retreat.
- – All dietary needs must be communicated to T Bar M at least one week prior to arrival.
Alcohol Notes:
- – Intoxication is not tolerated at T Bar M Camps & Retreats.
- – Monitoring the behavior of group members is the responsibility of the team coach, not T Bar M Camps & Retreats or its staff.
- – Alcohol is not permitted in public spaces, dining rooms, or meeting rooms.

Students are strongly encouraged to attend, and directors are welcome to join as well! During this session, we will walk through what to expect at Social Officer Camp, share any updates or changes, and leave time for Q&A with our site director team.

Pre-Camp Assignment: While there isn’t a formal project due before camp, we are asking all social officers to complete a “brand board” for their team’s theme. This will help them come prepared for the design projects we have planned at camp!
