OFFICER CAMP EXCLUSIVE – STAFF FAST PASS

Hey Seniors, Attending CP Officer Camp?! 
We’re excited to offer participating dancers the chance to apply for CP Junior Staff and receive a “Fast Pass” to our exclusive Day 2 interviews at Officer Camp!

Why Apply Early? 

  • Be among 5–8 staff candidates chosen for this VIP opportunity to secure your spot in our 2027 Rookie Class.
  • Official CP Staff offers will be extended post-camp.
  • All other applicants will remain in the full hiring pipeline below.

Applications after this date won’t qualify for the Fast Pass, but are still encouraged for our regular hiring cycle in August.

JUNIOR STAFF POSITION

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a High School Graduate or will be as of June 2027.

  • Must have held the position of a Dance/Social Officer on a High School Dance/Drill Team.
    *Exceptions on a case by case basis.*

  • Must reside within or the surrounding areas of Austin/San Antonio, Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston.

  • Must submit PHASE ONE materials by November 1, 2026 to be considered for a staff position.

  • Must be available for an online interview January 18th – February 12th if contacted by Crowd Pleasers.

MANDATORY AVAILABILITY:

Must be available for Staff Training May 14-17, 2027 in the Houston Area (staff lodging provided).

Must be available to work Officer Camp week(s):
May 27 – June 7, 2027

Must be available to work 4 out of the 5 of the following weeks:

  • July 5-9, 2027
  • July 12-16, 2027
  • July 19-23, 2027
  • July 26-July 30, 2027
  • August 2-6, 2027

Candidates must submit the Online Application and all PHASE ONE materials by November 1, 2026. Upon review, invitations to PHASE TWO of the process will be sent out. PHASE TWO materials will be due December 15, 2026.
